xavierandClaude Opus 5.5	3645b0c3d0	fix(hosts): Remove rage from devenv tools cargo-binstall finds no prebuilt binary for rage and refuses to fall back to cargo install, so mise compiles it from source, which slows down the bootstrap and logs an error.
