feat(mise): Generate toolbox conf.d files dynamically from tools.yaml

Fait — chaque fichier ~/.config/mise/conf.d/<toolbox>.toml généré contient maintenant un commentaire d'en-tête # Toolbox: <nom>. Voir commit 1c817a9.

J'aimerais que le nom de la toolbox apparaissent en entête (commentaire) dans les fichiers conf.d
