chore(rc,profile,aliases,completion,libs,functions): Remove shebangs from sourced files

These files are always sourced (never executed directly), so the #!/bin/bash shebang is inert and misleading. Drop it consistently across rc.d/*, profile.d/*, and aliases.d/*.
